This privacy policy explains how Deskfix ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit deskfix.blog. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about our practices.

If you use our contact form, your name, email address, and message are processed by Formspree and forwarded to our email. We use this information only to reply to your message and do not retain it beyond that purpose.
Our site uses cookies primarily for Google Analytics. Affiliate links to Amazon may also set cookies as part of the Amazon Associates programme. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We use the information we collect to understand how our content is being used and to improve the site, to send our newsletter to subscribers who have opted in, and to reply to contact form messages. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To unsubscribe from our newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send. For any other data requests, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Newsletter subscriber data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Contact form data is not retained beyond the initial reply. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (26 months).
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
